I have a customer with MX-6000
The remote is working fine and is programmed. He wanted a small change done and i have done that using CCP.
But when I send the file to remote, it stops at 65% and gives error and restarts the remote.
There is a TwoWay Device added - Proliphix Thermostat. I have not touched it. If I remove that device, the download to remote works fine.
What could be the issue?
Customer wants to control thermostat through his remote.
