My television isn't reacting properly to On and Off macros - and I can't figure out how to program the TV into the computer -- the TV commands all link to the cable box - changing channels, etc. Can anyone point me to the right method please?
Thx.

Open the CCP software, go to program, select Punch-Through. Select TV under Punch to, under Punch from, if it say anything other than None under the different parts of the remote, change it to NONE, save, download it to the remote.

Thanks Edmund - it already says "NONE"in punch from - my issue is I can't find where I select the HDTV that I need to control with my MX-980.

With CCP program up, and the contents of the remote uploaded to the computer. If you enter the tv device, are there bunch of L's on the keys? You might have to erase the taught commands individually. To get rid of the Cable commands in the tv device.
