So i've bought a mx-1000 which has been resetted. When i start the remote it's doing a system test and everything seems to be okay except the program, which is empty. I've connected it to an old laptop over the 3.5mm jack to DB-9, on the serial port of the laptop. When i try to download the default model from the mx-designer the remote seems to be stuck in the download mode. There is no Progress even after 2 hours. The only way to escape it, is to cancel the download in the designer or unplug the cable. I've no idea what i am doing wrong. I've configurated everything correctly.Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks
