Hi Gang,

Please excuse me if I am entering this in the wrong location. I think this is correct though. I have had a B & K SR10.1 for many years and have been pretty happy with it. I purchased a new electric curtain rod to replace an old dead one. I pulled out my cables and hooked up my SR10.1 to my computer. I uploaded my current remotes settings to the editor. No I am trying to "Learn" those three darn buttons and the editor keeps saying "No Response" I have tried changing my distance and clicking vs holding vs pulsing and still "no response". I have not programmed anything in well over a year but have no memory of this being an issue or requiring some secret dance or handshake to accomplish.

Anyone have an ideas for me. Sure seems like the connection/cable is all good, I believe the batteries are all fresh. I am lost.

Help
Dan

Could the curtain rod be RF? The remote will only learn IR commands.
