Dropped the remote and the screen is cracked. Can this be replaced? Does URC sell this part? I have viewed videos on youtube that shows that this should be easily plugged in but not sure.

I have an mx-3000 remote with a bad screen, and I called URC today to ask about a replacement screen or repair service and he stated that they don't offer that. They only replace the remote when it's under under warranty. So I'm hoping I'll be able to find a replacement screen also.
