Hello guys. I had the MX-450 but I'm on a Mac computer so cannot use the software to update the remote. Anybody have any ideas which codes are the best choice for the VSX–1123 Pioneer receiver? I only wish they had software for a Mac. I've had the remote since 2010. I used to have the software installed on virtual machine until about two years ago which was the last update the remote got. Unfortunately I don't have virtual software anymore to run the software. Any information is greatly appreciated.

What's the point in knowing a code not available to you? Since you can't upgrade the mx-450, use the best code you can find, and teach the missing commands from the oem remote.

I had already thought of that and I understand that. I just figured somebody else may had experienced the same thing and what mind sharing the codes to help save a few steps like many used to do on this site several years ago. Everyone was more eager to help others along the way. It's no big deal I just figured I would ask. I decided to just purchase the upgrade to the virtual machine and get the codes. What I previously used with both the MX-450 software and my old TX–1000 software. I could find the best code easier with the TX–1000 software to use in the MX–450. Guess I'll go that route again after buying the upgrade.
