Can someone help with IR codes for ATT Uverse?

I live in Texas and a few years ago I provided my mother-in-law with an MX-850 remote. I had the remote programmed for her Dish Network system but she just switched to ATT Uverse. Now she wants me to "fix her remote" and make it work.

I have searched for a device file (MDX or MXF) that has all of the ATT Uverse IR codes but have been unsuccessful. To take it one step further, I am not sure exactly what unit she has to know what IR codes to search for.

Here is what I know:
She lives in Chicago and just had ATT Uverse installed.
From what she relayed to me her STB is a Cisco labeled box.
The P/N is 4036006
It references ISB7500
Her remote has some numbers of S-10-S3, C1-516207560216, CYB UG-R#1111

I need basic IR codes so that I can attempt to setup her remote configuration, email it to her, and walk her thru downloading it to her remote.

Does anyone have any MXF or MXD files that I may be able to use as a starting point to setup her remote?
