NEWBIE needs help: I have a downstairs system configured to work with a MX850 remote. Just recently I added an upstairs system also configured to work with a second MX850 remote. Both units have the MRF 250 base station. All components in each configuration are different. However, the upstairs MX850 will occasionally change the channel on the downstairs unit. What do I need to do to separate the 2 systems?

Thanks!

do you have different RFID addresses programmed into the remote?  Did you also make sure that the RFID on each base station is matching the address programmed into the remote?   Make sure you dont leave the basestation set on an ID of Zero

How do I change the RFID address on the remote? I have MX Editor version 11.12.15.1. I see a way to change the base station ID on the base station and in the MX Editor software. Is that what you mean?

Thanks for your reply!
