Managed to crack the screen (just the case - not the actual display) on the MX-700 in the shop. Is this a replacement part that can be ordered?

No, URC does not sell spare parts. Maybe check eBay for a dead but cosmetically fine remote? I think the clear plastic piece is the same for the entire series of remotes - 500, 600, 700, 800, 850...
