I have the MX810 and from reading a few of the posting here, it is a narrow band 833Mhz TX/RX. I also have a newly purchased MRF-260 setting here that I haven't unboxed yet that I will be using with my MX810 for my RF and IR/Blaster. (for some of my other devices like AVR, Elec Screen, PJ, etc.)

But, I was wondering, is there a usb attached 833mhz receiver available?

Sure would be nice to have the usb so I could hide it from visual site much easier than that little tank. Less visible hardware, lower power makes me happy.

I noticed there are 2.4Ghz as well as Bluetooth ones available with keyboards/mouse. It would be nice if I could have a mini keyboard and URC remote that worked within the 433Mhz range using a usb hidden adapter.

Also, most of the RF receivers I have seen for sale are the 433.92Mhz type, is the RF on the URC's 433 or 433.92?

If the answer is no usb and sharing of 433Mhz receivers that are non-URC, then maybe I can mod my htpc case (Or have one fabricated) to fit the MRF-260 into it with just the antenna and connecters exposed in the rear.

So if you have a MX810, it's 418MHz, not 433MHz. It would have an "i" after the model # (MX810i) if it was 433MHz. Same goes for the MRF260. URC does not make a USB as you have requested.

My bad, I meant 433 Mhz. But I had read it came in 418 and 433, but I couldn't remember which one was for US. Thanks for the correction and clarification.
I guess I'm going to try and integrate the MRF260 into my case.

Thank you again, I think I will also do some research on the various remotes and devices out there that are RF with a USB interface also. I'll be back with some additional question I'm sure.
