Hello All,
I've been dealing with the 850 a few years now as I enjoyed very much.
I'm a quadriplegic and needs a remote for all my equipment in the one remote.
I then went into purchase another one since last year but unfortunately the dollar in Australia went down again after such a long rise and now it is back up again.
I've been e-mailing the company of purchasing and haven't had any replies.
I telephone them from Australia to see if they're still dealing with us which they are.
So I'm going to purchase two very shortly,
My question is for the forum, while waiting to get a new one sometime ago I borrowed a Harmony, every piece of equipment I have was in the database.
Five well-known DVD recorders and Foxtel satellite decoder, Panasonic LCD TV, Panasonic VCR, Sony, Pioneer, Panasonic, DVD recorders.
Only 850 none of the codes was in the database even though those brands are supported.
Is there any way we can get the company with their database to update because if the Harmony has the codes for the equipment they must be readily available unless they have a priority.
Any assistance or comments appreciated.
Regards Mark Sydney Australia
