I am trying to program rs232 (my first time with that) on a MSC400 to work with a Polk Xrt12 and NAD T535 dvd player. I have been unable to get any commands to work. Has anyone done this. If I could get one working string then I am sure that I can figure out how it all works. Has anyone set either of these up? If so could you send me a file or a working command string.
Here is a example of what I have tried.
baud rate data stop bits parity
Polk Xrt12 38400 8 1 none
NAD T535 115200 8 1 none
Polk command
XMI016
From what I have read this should set the channel to 16
NAD
Main.Play=1
Tell DVD to play
I anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
