As an installer/programmer I've programmed multiple URC remotes (going back to the MX-700) and just got a new MX-980 to play around with.
For some reason, when I add a device such as DVD Player, the commands for the DVD player don't show up in the Page View Mode. (as evidenced by no little '+' sign in front of said device) So I get no commands for the DVD player. (in this case a Marantz DV6600)
I'm going through the whole process of finding the correct code set for each device, but nothing is actually coming through.
It's not working like my trusty old MX-900 software. What am I doing wrong?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
