All new remotes have been upgraded to use narrow band RF. I think you would have to find an older one to work with the MRF-300 base station. More information here: [Link: universalremote.com]

You can still use a narrow band remote with a non-narrow band base station.

The MX-350 should work fine.

Contact www.surfremotecontrol.com or www.proremotes.com and ask them if they have any unadvertised specials. They will also be able to verify that the MX-350 will work with your MRF-300.
