Hi,
I'm trying to setup a macro for powering up my HT (receiver, dvd player and TV).
The receiver takes about 10 seconds to complete the cycle up. Do I have to hit the "pause" key 50 times to allow for the cycle up time? What's the maximum pause allowed?

Thanks.

Does your receiver remember what input it was on after you turn it off? In your off macro, tell the receiver to go to the input you want for the next time you turn it on. Do the same for your TV. This way your on macro is just tv on, receiver on, dvd on, and you're done.

The receiver does remember the last input. But I have multiple devices connected to the receiver. The last input is not necessarily "DVD". In additon, I wish to adjust center channel level for movies..... That's why I need for the receiver to complete its power up cycle which takes about 9 or 10 seconds.
