Trying to reprogram my mx-900 for a denon 4308ci receiver. Able to reset the macros, but the volume controls wont take. They work fine in test mode and can turn volume up down and mute but when I download to the unit, they fail to function. Any ideas?

Sounds like a Punch-Through issue. Select the punch through from amongst the icons on the toolbar and ensure that the remote is correctly Punching-Through.
