I did the "learn" feature to program the level+ and level- buttons which control volume in Zone 2. If I "test" the code from the program, the Integra responds properly. But, if I download the program to the MX 3000, the buttons don't work. Go back to the program, works fine. Go to emulator, works fine. Try for real on the remote, no go.

Any advice?

Are you using a rf base station? If not, I would check your program to make sure that you don't have it in rf only. If you are using a rf base station, make sure that the code is set for the correct rf code.

Yes, I am using rf. It works great in emulator or via test. But not from the actual remote.

However, I called the fine folks at Surfremotecontrol, and they gave me the codes for the Integra DTC 9.8 from some other Universal remote to view via the Universal Browser, and all works great!

Of course, I called technical support at Universal Remote, and they couldn't do anything for me because I am not a dealer!
