Help! I have the following gear and have not been able to find the proper code for them. Can anybody direct me to the specific code for my component(s)? Thank you.
SHARP LC42D62 (TV)
ROTEL RC1070 (with RB1080) (PREAMP)
ONKYO DVSP502 (DVD)
MOTOROLA DCT6200 (CABLE BOX)

Have you tried running through all of the codes instead of just picking one or two from the list in the manual?

Do you have the original remotes?
You can the codes of the originals into the MX500. It will take a little time but it can be done.
