I recently downloaded the MXEditor 800 from the URC website using my MX-800 serial number. However, there is no option for the Live Update. Isn't it true that they now allow customers to have live update? If so, why can I not utilize the live update feature?

Please read the following carefully. [Link: remotecentral.com]Plus the other sticky thread. The software on URC's site is not live updatable. Consumers are allowed to have the Live Update, but must get it from their dealer.

URC has at least once or twice put an updated version of the software on the site though, so I would always check back and see if there is a new one from time to time.

Yes...the non-updatable software is current as of May-so it's really only one update behind.
