Hi we are using the above combination of equipment. The Lumagen is a video processor.It is controlled by RS-232. It works fine through the MSC-400 directly(through the software),but when the MX-3000 is inserted the commands seem to double up or something like that.Instead of going one menu step forward it jumps a couple.I am not as familiar with the URC as my tech,but everything seems in order otherwise. URC tech support has promised to call us back after we sent a copy of the file,but have not heard back as yet. Anyone with any insight?? Thanks

Is the mx-3000 just running the MSC-400 macro, or is it sending IR as well? Again, if you could post the file somewhere, someone here is bound to figure it out.
