I have been asked by a friend to find a buyer for some home automation/entertainment equipment that he acquired while he was working to develop a "home of the future" for a Fortune 500 company. The equipment is from the 2000 time frame, mostly Landmark, Panja, Phast and Leviton. Some of it is new-in-the-box, and some was installed at some point.

I am not inclined to fiddle with EBAY sales. I am presenting this offer in hopes of finding a single buyer in the midwest who is interested in enough of it, to make a reasonable offer for the entire package.
