For sale is a vintage Sony Remote Controller System model RM-S410. Great condition, everything appears to work. The removable commander unit is 10/10 condition. The main unit had some sort of sticker on it for who knows how long and it left a mark (pictired). Otherwise there are small scratches here and there on the top though the face is just about perfect. Included are two 4-pin flat cable, one 6-pin flat cable, the main unit (tape connector is hard-wired) and the removable commander. Gotta love the suggested setup pictured in the owners manual. $150 obo

(from sony manual)
Features
The RM-S410 consists of a system controller and commander with
built-In timer which can be stored Inside the smart-looking remote
controller unit.

Easy operation with the remote commander
The major functions of the connected equipment can be remotely
controlled. By simply pressing the program select buttons on the
commander, you can play the desired source directly.

Other than you being the only person on the planet that has not recycled this piece, what makes you think that someone would spend $250 on it? I think your best bet would be to keep it for about 80 years, at which time it will officially be an antique.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Whoa. I officially had no idea antique and vintage were synonymous... Uncalled for, sir. If there again is an individual who has not recycled something you have seen yet again and again, let him figure out he overpriced it by the number of responses he receives. Unfortunately we are all too capable of bringing one another down without ill intent- there's no need to set out to do so my friend.
