I have an RTI handset which has become intermittent. Looking for a replacement handset. Would also like a copy of the programming software so I can update from my existing T3 remote. Or someone who could repair?

replace your battery and your problems may go away!
Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

The T3 doesnt have an indicator for battery levels

Is the battery swollen at all??
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

Actually, in the configuration screen, you can view the battery status.

The battery pack is nice and square. However I kept my old battery when I last replaced it about 3 years ago and swaped it out. Working now, but it is a bit swollen. Will need a replacement I guess. Can anyone ship one to me? Price? There is a battery indicator that flashes on the screen to show level of charge. But don't know if it has anything to do with voltage level.

What part of TX are you in? What about the dealer who did the original install?

BTW, I'm in Houston.

San Antonio. Its a long story but my dealer who did the install passed away. So I am kind of stuck.
