I have a collection of over 125 OEM remotes that I saved over the years. I got tired of looking for the codes only to find an incomplete capture (like somebody forgot to capture the Mute button).

No, I am leaving the installer side and making my way in another part of the industry. If you need a remote or would like to buy the entire collection, let me know.

Send an email to; [email protected]

Thank you,

John

John, why not just learn in the codes and make some pronto hex files which can easily be translated into any of the major manufacters? Then you can get rid of the stockpiling - do you really have room for all that stuff?

You are right. They do take up a ton of room.
The reason I started saving them was because it always seemed that we were working on a RTI project and the codes that someone else captured were incomplete.

Could I have been the nice guy and sat down to do a complete capture of all the codes on all of my remote collection? Yes . . . but . . . . well, you know.

No, I don't know. If I had the junk laying around my wife would have a cow. You should try and pitch them off to a replacement remote company - they are all over the web. At least catalog them or something...

Well Lucky for me I have a shop and my wife doesn't have to look at my collection.

Thanks for the input

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
