this guy has the same email AND name as the guy that ripped you and vince. i'd ask he send product already paid for first. he is either very dumb or just very brazen.
i'd be willing to pay under two conditions.
a- prior paid for goods shipped out and victims acknowledge receipt of goods.
b- current goods received and in 'as advertised' condition prior to payment
act like a criminal, get treated like a criminal

If i sent money to someone i didnt know i would make it a home address/money order so that i could go extract my product or refund from them if i had to.
