Someone please help me - this guy took my money (via PayPal) of $325 on Sept 19th. Since then, he has refused to respond to any emails, and hasn't sent the unit!

I know he lives in Tampa, Florida, and his name is William Godek. ([email protected])

Any help someone out there can provide would be greatly appreciated. This is blatent theft and fraud and I will not rest until the situation is resolved.

You might want to tell this guy that it's considered a federal crime as he used the mail system to commit fraud. Maybe you can find a good samaritan in Tampa who would be willing to track this guy down for you and get your item. If people would be willing to do this it would make internet purchases a little bit more safe.

It's killing me - he hasn't responded to the 100+ emails I've sent, but I sent one with another email address asking a fake question and he replies within 24 hours. So, I KNOW he's there, reading the emails. I mean, it's one thing when someone sends a damaged unit, or it's not as described. But to take $325 in cash and then disappear, that's criminal.

Randy,

This guy is a user (seller) on eBay. You can find his address and phone number through them by searching their website under the Help section. Worst case you could always leave negative feedback for him on eBay and really hurt his reputation.

Get his address and phone number and call the cops. Even if you never see the Replay, provide $325 worth of agrevation for him.

Okay, I got him kicked off of EBAY :) His phone number listed there is disconnected, so I emailed EBAY and they cancelled his account. I also found another number for him at whitepages.com, but it is also disconnected!
