For a DVD 2200: Sad story follows; Zenith Customer Care? Does any body know what is happening in Huntsville Al? Today is day 69 that I have been without my DVD remote control. Which was sent back under warranty June 4,2000. Each time they give me a reason and I give them another week, last week I finally talked to the supervisor [ Allan Pinkerton ] and he said he would look in to the problem and contact me, I did not want to tell the boss on them { off on a Lark } But it looks like they are without supervision as no mail, phone or e-mail telling whats up ten days after talking to there Boss? ~~~Surfdog___ "From the tree the Accon does not fall far"
