There are no nicks, scratches, dents or blemishes, a warranty card is included, and I have burned a copy of the newest software available to go along wit it. So you're going to offer it at a whole $10 discount? Why should someone do that rather than get a brand new one along with warranty. This is a joke! And one of the purposes of a forum like this is to provide information one people see a rip-off!
