I used this remote for about 2 weeks so it is like new with all of the original manuals, USB cable and installation/software CD. The LCD type that appears in the screen is just too small for my eyes to read so I'm going back to a URC remote. Sells for between $75-$130. Email jim-at-remoteshoppe-dot-com
