Hi!

I have a typical problem I guess. I have one remote control for a gate. It is a Musso system that is based on request/response signalling.

My problem is that a landlord controls the system and that he only allocates one remote control per appartment. This means that my wife and I often get ourselves into jams over the one remote.

In my ideal world we would have one new remote each. These would communicate up to our window, where a receiver would pick up the signal and (mechanically?) press the button on the remote provided by the landlord to open the gate.

Would anyone have any pointers on how to begin such a project?

/Mark
