Desperately need Intellifile II software, PC interface box and cable for the Intellicontrol Remote control system. Willing to pay top dollar.

You will have a hard time getting one. Dealers even have a hard time getting them. Dealers can only get a certain amount per year.I have 2 new ones and 1 used one. John, without geting testy, Niles has 2 IntelliFile II programmers.You have the IntelliFile II IntelliPad programming software and PC interface, and the IntelliFile II Intellicontrol software and PC interface. One is for the IntelliPad Whole House Audio Keypads and the other is for the IntelliControl Tabeltop remote automation system. I'm probably going to piss off alot of dealers, but i'm just someone trying to help out so here joes:
The IntelliFile II for the IntelliPads has a Dealer cost of $440.00. I have 1 new one for $550.00 and 1 used for $500.00.
The IntelliFile II for The IntelliControl Home Theater Automation System has a Dealer cost of$550.00. I have 2 new ones for $800.00 and 1 used for $750.00. Both of these items are for Direct Dealers only and are in no way allowed for resale. If Niles finds out I could Loose my whole product line!! Times are slow, just tryint to help, make a couple of bucks, bla-bla-bla.
The other options are; become a Niles Direct Dealer, or buy the one on E-Bay for $1000.00. Tough choice????
Just to let you know, Niles is now a 60 point product line. If it was up for resale it would sell upwards of $1200.00. Your call. Not mine. Again, just trying to help. No smoke and mirrors. Hope i didn't tick too many people off. If I did, sorry, get over it, and buy a Crestron or AMX system if you can't live with it.

Dan, the Intellifile II software I have on my laptop will do both Intellipads AND the Intellicontrol. I've programmed both with the same software.

John, you are correct. The IntelliFile II for The IntelliControl Home Theater Automation System will work for both products. The IntelliFile II for the IntelliPads will only program the IntelliPad products. You pay more for the package that does both. Sorry, I should have been more clear. I assume that you have the more expensive package for the IntelliControl Home Theater Automation System? The software is available for free through Niles website or through most distributers, but you need the rest of the package to make the system work.
