I am desparate to get a Pronto (even just a working T1000). Only problem is I cannot afford the cash outlay at this point.

I have the following available to trade:

1) Football signed by Joe Montana and Ronnie Lott. I won this from www.tivo.com a number of months back. The letter that came with the football would serve as proof of authenticity. The ball is still in box.

2) Football signed by Doug Flutie. No certificate available. However, I used to shop at the supermarket Doug's Mom used to work at in Natick, MA. She sponsored a raffle to support Doug's foundation.

3) I could sweeten either with Music CDs from my collection.

Please don't laugh too hard at this post. I really want to replace my receiver, TV, VCR, DVD, and TiVO remotes with one of these puppies. Just don't have the cash at this point. Don't remember what mail is in my profile at this moment, but you can mail me at work at the following if you are at all interested:

[email protected]

Thanks ahead of time for listening, even if for just a bit....

Jeff

Jeff,

If you aren't able to find someone willing to do a trade, I'd recommend going the EBAY route to sell your items, then purchase a Pronto with the earnings!

If I go ebay, I'd have to be a little surreptitious about it as if I had a check/mo/whatever mailed home, then my wife would want a cut. A direct trade is the easiest, but I guess I could always set up paypal for this if need be......

Just a bump to see if there is any interest. I really want to avoid the e-bay route from the hassle perspective. I'd love to work a trade if possible....

Oh well......
