I have a audio receiver Marantz SR-4120 and need
remote. Original will be fine, any suggestions
on how to obtain.

The SR-4000 codes probably are identical. Pick up any of these remotes/packages and you can control your receiver:
Any Pronto
MX-500 / Cinema 7+ / JP1
Cinema 7+ / JP1
Marantz remote for another receiver
