Please help if you can

The file mentioned and in the link below is corrupted.

Anyone have a working copy they could kindly send to me.
Have tried emailing to the email link given, but no response, so I guess it is inactive.

The file was version 2.04.
However the file now at the link is 2.02, so an earlier version.
