Hello, I just bought an Onkyo DV-M301 301 disc changer and the IR remote is not learning into the iPronto? It errors each time I try to learn the button.

Any ideas? I looked for codes on this site with NOTHING found in any search. Anyone using this chanrger with ANY remote know the codes?

I also had this problem with my IR drapery remote control, it said it learned this remote successfully but then did not work when trying to use it?

Other remotes are learning fine!

Thanks! Micah

In follow up I was able to learn my Onkyo DV-M301 remote into my older TSU6000 then view the code and input the code by number into my TSI6400, but then the remote was still NOT controlling the DVD changer? Any advise? Or anyone have the real codes?

Post the Pronto Hex that the TSU6000 learned. That may tell us what the problem is.

Ive had issues with onkyo as well, each remote is different, for example, on an older receiver, i had to learn the codes in complete darkness, for a newer Receiver, i needed to hold the remote about 5-6 feet away from the iPronto....Odd, but after enough playing they worked....

That probably dosent help much, but just my experience.

Hi, try this, learn the individual codes from the onkyo into a philips ru940 then from the 940 into the ipronto. it worked for me on two onkyo recievers.
