I can not get it to work the cable box ..... it is a uk NTL pace box... can anyone help me .....steve

i have tryed doing the lern thing and it duz not work ..so i am just asking if anyone as got it to work on heres ......it is a pace box and NTL the black one ...
it will not let me program it ???????
