I created a large background image (558x398 pixels) and placed it on one of my screens. The editor crashed when I tried to save the icf. After trying several permutations, each of which failed, I made the graphic a bmp file, and the problem disappeared. Anyone know what happened? All of my other graphics files are pngs and none of them exhibit this problem. I suppose it may have something to do with the size of the image, but logically that doesn't make a lot of sense.

I have run into a problem when the icf hits roughly 8.5M that it is too big for the pronto's memory. Also, why the strange size?

Look in the Marketplace forum on Remote Central. Also eBay.com. Also Philips sells refurbished units online from time-to-time.

You can also submit a post on the Marketplace forum asking anyone that has one for sale to contact you.
