Hi.
I did think about trying that before, but if i create a brand new icf and download it onto the ipronto, will it overwrite my current one, i don't want to lose that.

I have uploaded my icf onto my brothers desktop, mad some changes to it and then downloaded it to the ipronto about 6 or 7 times now and it worked OK.
Just can't seem to do it on the laptop, which i need to use now.
Regards
Alistair.

Well, then I don't have any idea anymore.

Try to repair your notebook/laptop :-)

Install SP2 for XP, if not already done so. Try to install a second Windows XP in a different folder, e.g. \windows2 and start this to test.

Sorry, I am out of hints ...... :-)

Best regards,

Kalle

Hi.
Well i've finally got it sorted, :-) had to format the hard drive to do it though, i seem to remember when i done a search on the subject someone suggesting formatting the hard drive, guess that was my last resort.
Finally i can now add my new tv and dvd recorder to the configuration.
Anyway thanks a lot for helping me, very informative site.
Regards
Alistair.
