I am at the point where I wish to add a second iPronto to my home system.

1. Has anyone purchased one of these refurbashed iProntos and were you happy?

2. Are there any problems with seting up and running two iProntos on one home network?

I got a refurbished iPronto from Phillips for Christmas and it has worked fine and much cheaper. It came in a basic Phillips box with all of the accessories, power cable, manual, network card, battery. Only have one so I don’t know how 2 would interact.

I recently retired from a large consumer electronics company. Many of us believed that refurb units were a good purchase. In addition to lower cost the refurb units had had far more quality control.

Sometimes you can purchase an extended warranty for a refurb. A good idea if reasonably priced.
