Can someone give me info on were I can send this very expensive paper weight to be repaired in the New York area or contact info on Philips...
I'm now buying a Harmony880 remote. I hope I have better luck with that model. As far as the Ipronto6400 goes; you'll see it on ebay after the repairs are done. What a piece of crap.
This Forums has been great with helping everyone...I am sorry that I now must move on to something that works (I hope) Any feed back on the Harmony 880 remote would be appreciated.

I would check the forum on Harmonys remotes. Good and bad seems to be the general feeling. I've tried the Harmony remotes the work good but I don't like the way you program the remote. You may look at universal remotes. The MX850 and MX950 are good remotes. If you are use to Phillips way of being able to create macros to work the way you use your gear, then they may be a better remote for you.
