I have had the exact same issue since last night. Stopped during partition 3 download. I left it all night but no joy. I hope it will start again and complete the update as this unit has been perfect since new (2 years) and whilst it is an expensive remote it did (does) it's job perfectly. Here's hoping it will eventually recover.

otherwise, do:
1.) Remove the battery 2.) Unplug from power supply 3.) Plug to power supply again BUT don't use the battery 4.) While iPronto is booting press "Channel +" 5.) A menue appears 6.) Again check WLAN and network settings 7.) Menue --> Restore --> Flag Update = Yes 8.) Menue --> Default Definition URL 9.) menue --> Resume
and pray :-)
Best regards,
Kalle
