we want to use the full screen of the i-pronto for the application.
every screenjump we want to create in the application and not on the left side with the blue buttons. also it would be good to disable the white buttons on the left side of the screen.

do every body know wiith witch software it`s possible to edit this functions?

This cannot be done at this moment. Only Philips can solve this in future upgrades. I also posted an email about this subject to [email protected] earlier this week.

Philips has confirmed my email with a ‘return receipt’ but has not answered it yet.

Here’s a copy of my message to the Prontoteam:

---------------------- begin message

1) As former beta-tester of the iPronto earlier this year, I would like to know if and when the next firm- and/or software release is planned.

2) During the beta test period we ventilated many, many ideas for enhancement such as a full programmable screen layout. We wanted more space for our program creativity and get rid of all tabs, borders and view button. For more flexibility we also wanted to program all buttons of the touch strip to our wishes (one button, the i-button, could be a replacement for the view button).

Can you give me some more information soon please?

Best regards,

Kees van der Meer

I suggest you and everybody else who supports my suggestion should also send an email directly to the prontoteam. Let’s wake them up!! Sense & Simplicity!!

Mail from prontoteam :

By the end of this year you can expect an iPronto firmware update that will enable the MMC slot to work.

This will allow you to transfer the iCF files via a MMC card instead of over the network. Next year you can also expect some firmware updates bringing other new functionality.

Did anyone ever get a response from the Pronto team about going fullscreen and turning off the touch strip?
