I have been reading about the TSi6400. I believe I am ready to purchase one. Where did you purchase yours? Who have you seen online that has the best price?

If you had to make the purchase again, would you buy the TSi6400 again?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Mine came from BlueDo in the US. It was the cheapest around when considering the $/£ Exchange rate and cost of postage to the UK.

Do not regret buying it, and mine has been problem-free, however I am extremely disappointed with the lack of product and software development from Philips. After 2 years they still seem to be fixing bugs.

Can I suggest that you have a quick read of Andrew Dade's thread about handling Philips RMA service after buying a unit from the US that *DID* have problems?

Got mine from BlueDo too... they were OK......

BUT

In the USA the dealer IS NOT responsible for repairs, you have to rely on Philips if you have problems, and if you do have problems almost certainly YOU WILL have problems with Philips service department.

my advice if you are not in the USA buy from letsautomate www.letsautomate.com

Yes, I am in the US. The best price I came across was for refurbished units. It sounds like that may be the way to go since they have had their problem or problems already. They are priced less than $900.

I was looking for something else and saw:
I just noticed that Philips has refurbs in it's outlet store for over $600 under retail.
