Could everyone who is having problems with their EPG either:

(1) Not updating automtically overnight, because it won't wake from sleep mode; or

(2) Not getting EPG listings for a load of SKy channels (Movies, Sport, Documentaries etc)

PLEASE fill in a problem form at [Link: pronto.philips.com] and report to Philips. They currently claim to be UNAWARE of any EPG problems, which means unless more people report it, nothing will get fixed.

Thanks
Nigel

Have done so. Only 18 of 92 channels available to me at the moment. I'm trying a forded download to see if it changes anything.

Reply from Philips today:-

Dear Mr. Crowe,

Recently you have asked us why about 70% of your EPG entries are lost.

The reason for this is that there is a problem with the EPG server. We are aware of it, and will do our best to restore it as soon as possible, to get the EPG working the way it should. The problem is fully server related and has nothing to do with your iPronto or it's settings.

We hope we answered your question satisfactorily.

With kindest regards,
Vincent Pfeil
