This morning I started my iPronto and looked on the EPG. But instead of 28 Programs there were only 8 or 9. I tried to download the EPG-Information about ten times, tried to reset the iPronto, created a new subscription, but neither helped. Anyone who knows a solution?

Maybe you think you miss some programs...
Could it be that you didn't select specific categories in the upper part of the EPG-screen (movies, sports etc.)?

The EPG only displays that what you select by categorie and specific day and time of the day.

Kees,
I think there is a bug here, I also have experienced similar things with the sports category (3 sky sports channels selected yet no sports listings all day).

Fix for me was to download the listings again.

Kees,

thank you for your answer, but I selected and deselected all of the categories. Now I've just downloaded the information again. But there are only shown nine channels when I select the categories Movies, Sports, Kids, Drama, Entertainment, Culture Education, News and All Others.

:-(

Now I tried to disconnect the battery, download the newest patches, reset the iPronto and so on. My actual subscription (I added another one) has about 45 channels. When I download the EPG and select !all! categories, there are shown now 10!! channels.

The download of the EPG used to last 15-20 minutes, now only 4-5 min.

I've been playing with the EPG for the first time today, and despite around 90-odd channels selected in my subscription, I only have 36 on the EPG. Have tried rebooting, resetting, redownloading, etc. with no joy. Funnily enough it's all the Sky channels that are missing, SkyMovies,SkySports, etc. All I can think is that there are no listings for these channels in the download file.

I'm also having this problem, no Sky Sports or Sky Movies listings, no Sky 1 etc., have Philips stopped paying the bill to Rupert Murdoch? I think we should be told............

It's a definite bug. I had all of my 90+ channels in the EPG on Thur/Fri, including Sky Sports/Movies.

I've just checked this morning and all I have is 17 channels, and none of the Sky ones.

can't believe this! latest firmware was supposed to lock down stability on the ipronto - epg has been a disaster since 1.6.21. My ipronto is also not doing its overnight update properly - i think this is because since the upgrade, it doesn't wake up at the correct time anymore!

Just FYI mine was playing up under 1.5.10 see [Link: remotecentral.com]

Could be EPG server rather than the ipronto itself.... who knows.

It has started again. I added some new channels and now there are just 5 channels left (of more than 50). But now I've looked in the EPG list at [Link: pronto.philips.com]. The 5 programs that are left are the first five programs in the german list.
