Are there any way you can edit (export) a bitmap in a downloaded .icf?

I try to copy it to photoshop but it cant be done.

Just unzip the ICF file with Winzip.

This is really one of the silliest omissions from iProntoEdit, ProntoEdit NG and ProntoProEdit NG. When it opens a file, the software already has each and every bitmap available and decompressed. The absolute only thing a "Save As" option would have to do is COPY the file from the temp directory to one the user chooses.
