I downloaded a CCF from a manufacturer and it may only have buttons, but if there are codes attached how do I use them since on the settings tab in properties you must choose a device with code and my component is not there. One manufacturer gave me an executable that looked for a COM port. Realistically do we just need to make 'em and learn 'em with the most common commands? Or is there an easier way. It appears ipronto files are limited and I don't really know what I'm doing yet but I'm catching pretty quick by experimenting and reading. All help appreciated, thanks, Luke

I am not sure what your question is. if you have a pronto ccf and the IR edit window or hex window is available and the code was learned (first word of the code is 0000) the you can cut and paste that code into the iPronto equivalent of the hex window or IR view.
