I just bought a brand new NetX and have logged 5 minutes on it. I have the original box, plus all parts that came with it, all in the original bubble wrap. I will sell it for $250 Plus shipping which should be cheap since it weighs nothing. Payment via paypal only.

I am selling it because I do not need it. I thought I could attach it to a LAN and that the iPronto would talk to the wi-fi connection (WAP) and the Netx would get its data from the WAP/LAN. That is not the case it gets it as direct RF.

Current prices are $300-$400. If interested email me at [email protected]. I am offering it here before I put it on e-Bay or videogon.

See my other post in the NetX thead regarding communication - the NetX does utilize 802.11b to communicate with the home LAN. It has no other way to communicate. The NetX must be in range of at least one of your network's wireless access points.

I recommend assigning the NetX with a static IP, as it is then easier to verify if it is on the network -- if in range, you can Ping it from any computer on the network. The static IP removes the guesswork on what it's address is. I have statically assigned IP's to all my Pronto gear .... the iPronto, and the various Netx's.
