Help...

I went to upgrade to the latest version 5.10 from 5.09 and now my iPronto is stuck on the blue screen saying " ... will connect to the internet... Press one of the buttons below to continue".

Any button, including power, reset, everything gets me back to this blue screen telling me to press any of the buttons below.

I even pulled the battery and let the unit sit for a half our without power.

Same results.

Any help is appreciated ....

Several others have had similar problem -- check "Can't download new Firmware! Error Message!" chat. I finally got connected, but only after DAYS of pressing any of the fixed buttons at the bottom (except the Channel + button).

Make sure your network settings are correct. You'll also see in the other chat that one individual deactivated firewall for this to work.
