i am trying to make some buttons in ps7, but they don't come out right on the ipronto edit v2.2. i've got rounded off square buttons, which are see through glass. i can't just send the button, the whole page goes through even with a transparent backgtround. the selection has the white bits on the corners. can anyone point me to a good tutorial, or just help me out. cheers, kellie

Save your buttons in the .png format. They will work with your icf file. Bit map files will not allow you to save with a clear background. Most of my new buttons are in the .png format. I have not had any problems.

I have been unable to make a transparent background with Photoshop that iProntoEdit likes. I am saving the file as a .PNG and if I look at the image in Photoshop, the background has the gray checkerboard.... I guess I need more instruction....any help anyone?

Thanks.

Open a new sheet. The lower section has the option to choose the background. Choose transparent. It works fine. If you have buttons already made copy them from that file to the new file with a transparent background. The other thing to do when you make a new button set the page size of the new page to the size of the button you want.
